Cancellation:

We strive hard to dispatch your products as soon as possible so that you can receive them sooner. So cancellation requests are accepted only before we dispatch your products.

Replacement:

We pack the products carefully to ensure that the products reach you safely and get what you ordered. Even after these measures, there can still be an error. We accept replacement in the below cases:

• Received a product that is damaged in transit.
• Received a product that has a manufacturing defect.
• Received a different product than what is ordered.

If you have received a product that is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If you have received an incorrect product or product with a manufacturing defect please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
